Penny (Penelope) Strapatsaki holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in European and International Politics from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Panteion University. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the implementation and management of technical assistance projects funded by international organizations such as the European Union, the World Bank, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Her professional activity focuses on administrative reform and strengthening the institutional and operational capacities of public administrations. She has implemented projects related to strategic planning, the development and application of human resource management systems, and performance evaluation, contributing to the efficiency and transparency of public administration. Additionally, her expertise includes improving citizen services through innovative approaches in the public sector and enhancing interoperability between public institutions.
