Manolis Chrysakis is a Chemical Engineer (MSc) and Economist (PhD, MSc). He was a researcher at the Institute of Social Policy (1984–2008) and a former Research Director at the Institute of Social Research of the National Centre for Social Research (EKKE) (2008–2023).
He has served as a scientific associate at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (1997–2013), a lecturer at the University of Patras (1999–2005), and a contributor to postgraduate programs at the University of West Attica and the University of Macedonia (2019–present).
In addition, he continues to work as an independent evaluator and expert researcher in the field of Social Policy.
