ESG AND EVALUATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Byzantine & Christian Museum of Athens,Hybrid Format
The 5th Annual Conference of the Hellenic Evaluation Society (HES), titled "ESG and Evaluation for Sustainable Development," was successfully held on 10 November 2022.
The conference addressed the ESG criteria as a set of standards for evaluating the three dimensions of sustainability – Environmental, Social, and Governance – in the context of fostering sustainable, inclusive, and socially conscious development. The objective was to promote public dialogue on incorporating ESG criteria across all dimensions of development and governance, particularly in private and public investments, and to explore the regulatory framework that would enable their operation with environmental and social sensitivity and good governance.
At the end of the conference, the HES Annual Awards were announced.
