Under the auspices of the Department of Economics, School of Economics & Political Sciences, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens

The 7th Annual Conference of the Hellenic Evaluation Society (HES), titled “Institutionalization and Use of Public Policy Evaluation,” successfully concluded on November 7, 2024. This conference was part of the HES’s commemorative activities celebrating the 10th anniversary of its founding.

The goal of the 7th Annual Conference was to enhance dialogue on integrating evaluation into the policy cycle and optimizing its use in public policymaking. Additionally, the conference explored new approaches to overcoming the limitations of current practices, contributing to the development of an evaluation culture that promotes efficiency and transparency in decision-making.
