The Hellenic Evaluation Society (HES) was established in September 2014 as a Scientific Association and is a member of the European Evaluation Society. HES envisions fostering a culture of evaluation that contributes to development and resilience. Its primary purpose is to create a community for the exchange of knowledge, perspectives, best practices, and innovative ideas. The ultimate goal of HES is to integrate evaluation at all levels of the policy cycle, both in the public and private sectors.
